Various catchment partnerships have been developing across the Capital since 2012: there has not yet been one in the London Lea!

Thames21 have been listening at people and organizations contributing their wishes for the future of the River Lea and its tributaries from the M25 to Trinity Buoy Wharf on the Thames near Canning Town, East London (London Lea). Have a look through this website to discover more. Responses will inform the official document which authorities have to pay attention, the Catchment Management Plan.

Thames21 is an environmental charity, officially established 11 years ago, we work with communities in London to improve waterways like these for people and for wildlife.

Our Love the Lea campaign focuses on the rivers of the London Lea and sets out to inform local people about this pollution and how they can make a difference.
