The River Beane Restoration Association presents a new film about the River Beane.

Directed by Howard Berry, Senior Lecturer in Post-Production at Hertfordshire University, the film explores the past, present and future of the Beane.

Featuring memories of older residents and interviews with current activists, MPs and local children, the film explores the river's history and the ecological dilemmas of the present day.  Join us for the world premiere of this truly local heritage tale!  The screening will take place at 7pm on Thursday 9th October at the Hertford Theatreand will be followed by a short question and answer session with local experts.  More information and tickets are available from their website.
